Jesse Spampinato

Jesse Spampinato

Jesse Spampinato, Board President, joined the Embrace Board of Directors in July 2019. He is the VP of Operations at Delaware Electric Cooperative in Greenwood, DE. Jesse brings leadership, structure and involvement to the board. He loves Embrace because of the overall message of inclusion and understanding of God’s love for all, as well as constant motivation for individuals and families to see and feel hope to move forward.

Jesse serves on the marketing committee and is a member of the finance committee for Embrace. Within the community you can find Jesse serving on the Wyoming Methodist Church’s Diversity Board and the Public Advisor Committee for Kent County. Jesse and his wife Amy have two daughters Vianna and Lucia.

Linda Lane

Linda and her husband Tom both joined the Board of Directors in July 2019 and she currently serves on the fundraising committee. She has volunteered at Embrace Respite Nights prior to joining the Board of Directors. She is employed as a secretary/bookkeeper for TJ Lane Construction.  She loves that Embrace does to support families with disabilities by providing a community for those families.  She brings honesty, compassion, and a willingness to serve/help when and where she is able to the board of Directors. Linda serves as a volunteer at North Dover Elementary School helping students with reading and serves on the Guest Services team at UNITED Church. 

Tom Lane

Tom Lane

Tom joined the Board of Directors in July 2019 with his wife Linda.  Tom has volunteered at Embrace Respite Nights prior to joining the Board of Directors.  Tom is the president of TJLane Construction.  He loves that Embrace creates relationships formed between the volunteers, the children and their families. He brings 27 years of business experience, commitment to ministering to people of all walks of life and an understanding of the value of family to the board.  He attends UNITED Church and serves on the Guest Services team as well as hosting a home Bible study for over 20 years with his wife Linda.

Michael Godfrey

Mike joined the Board of Directors in August 2021. Mike has volunteered over the years at many Embrace Respite Nights prior to joining the Board of Directors. Mike is a Senior Project Manager at Advanced Architectural Metals, LLC. He loves that Embrace embodies the hands and feet of Christ to the members and families of our special needs community, making them feel welcome at worship services, providing care at high demand times and offering respite to parents and caregivers. Mike brings the desire to be used as God calls him, a love for the people of Embrace and those they serve, and a background in the world of finance. Mike is a member and elder at Grace Presbyterian Church in Dover. Mike and his wife Jen have two children Isaac and Catherine.

Christina Hibbitt

Christian joined the Board of Directors in August 2021. Christina is the Chief Operating Office at BIG Investment Services. She has volunteered with Embrace at respite nights and at fundraising events in the past. She loves the support and services that Embrace brings to the families connected to the program and Abby’s vision for the ministry. She comes to the Board of Directors with experience in Financial and Operational with nonprofits, a heart for serving children and their families and a passionate heart for where she serves. She also sits on the board at Calvary Christian Academy. Christina serves on the UNITED Kids team at the Milford Campus. Christina and her husband Adam have three kids Aubrie, Addison and Austin.

Heather Aydelotte

Heather Aydelotte

Heather joined the Board of Directors in August 2021. She is the Owner of Beyond Speech Therapy, LLC where is also a Speech Language Pathologist. She loves that Embrace offers many unique programs for children affected by disabilities and their families. She has worked for over 25 years with children with varying degrees of disabilities within home health, school and private practice settings. She has a passion for helping children reach their full potential and providing education and support to their families. Heather also brings strong business and financial knowledge to run a successful business. She also has very strong relationships with the families and children she serves at Beyond Speech Therapy. Heather has been active in Allen Frear Elementary PTA and held numerous leadership roles (president, fundraising chair, etc). She was a member of the Delaware Board of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology for 3 years. She attends UNITED Church and serves in various capacities. Heather and her husband Drew have three children Ally, Cole and Sophie.

Johnny Cristaldi

Johnny joined the Embrace Board of Directors in July of 2021 with sheer gratitude for all that Embrace has taught him and his family through each of their experiences over the past couple years. He feels excited to know that what Embrace is doing is life changing. Not only for the child, but each and every member of the families that take part in how Embrace grows families, volunteers, and communities closer through the eyes of the Lord. Johnny brings over 20 yrs of experience in team building, problem solving, growth creation, and business development learned through the home building industry. Johnny is the owner of a General Contracting company Delaware Service Pros as well as a digital consulting company Freedom United Inc. Johnny stays extremely active with his physical and mental health as they are both large portions of his life with his bride Lindsay and 3 children, Mia, Colton, and Knox. He is a lifelong athlete and local CrossFit coach as well as a men’s small group fellowship servant from Ground Zero. Johnny loves how he can use the different platforms of health, wellness, and business to proclaim Jesus’s love for us by the actions we take in our lives. Johnny and his entire family are also active partners with United church where they each serve on different teams individually, but grow together as one.
